Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. The Technology is a service that offers trained, armed, and unarmed security personnel to provide limited physical security at professional sports team training venues, adjacent administrative offices, and parking lots within a venue’s perimeters. The Technology also includes management, supervision, and security officer and supervisor training.
