Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Petrone Risk, LLC, provides Petrone Risk Security and Safety Risk Management Consulting Services. The Technology is a consulting service consisting of the review and assessment of physical security programs and the design, development, and implementation of operational policies, plans and procedures, and of program documentation in support of such programs. The Technology also includes the Seller’s trained personnel and deliverables produced via the Technology. The Technology does not include the Seller’s consultancy services related to the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (the SAFETY Act).


Reality-Based Live Active Shooter Preparedness Drills

Flying Aces Enterprises & Consulting, LLC provides Reality-Based Live Active Shooter Preparedness Drills. The Technology is a standalone, active shooter preparedness training program. The training is intended to enable participants to practice learned skills, situational awareness, decision-making, and response strategies while immersed in high-stress scenarios. The Technology also includes on-site risk assessments, scenario development, and training materials.


Terrorism, Crime, and Natural Disaster Awareness Training for Private Security Officers

The Homeland Security Consulting Group, LLC (HSCG) provides Terrorism Awareness Training for Private Security Officers. The Technology is a publicly available, online, self-paced awareness training program covering threats, defenses, responses, and on-post quality assurance.


Titan HST

Approved: July 08, 2026 | Expires: July 31, 2031

Titan Health & Security Technologies, Inc. provides Titan HST (the Technology). The Technology is an emergency communications platform provided as software-as-a-service. The Technology enables customers to communicate safety and security information via a web-based and mobile application. The Technology also includes manuals, training, an onboarding process, and software maintenance.


Fortior Solutions, LLC

Approved: July 08, 2026 | Expires: April 30, 2030

Fortior Solutions, LLC provides Omnivee® System (formerly known as RAPIDGate® System). The Technology is an identification and access management program consisting of equipment, software, and support services for personnel entering secure facilities. The Technology combines identity assurance, background screening, smart credentials, biometrics, and electronic access control into a program purchased on a subscription basis. The Technology also includes training, maintenance, and replacement of the furnished equipment and software (including periodic software updates and upgrades), and customer service and technical support.


ROC Watch

Approved: July 01, 2026 | Expires: June 30, 2029

Rank One Computing Corporation provides ROC Watch. The Technology is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform developed to detect faces and firearms in video surveillance feeds from cameras installed at customers’ sites and alert customers of threats. The Technology also includes technical support, user documentation, and user training.


Salient Consulting Group, Inc. provides professional physical security services through the deployment of armed and unarmed security personnel.

Salient Consulting Group, Inc. provides Salient Consulting Group Physical Security Services. The Technology is a service that offers trained, armed, and unarmed security personnel to provide limited physical security at professional sports team training venues, adjacent administrative offices, and parking lots within a venue’s perimeters. The Technology also includes management, supervision, and security officer and supervisor training.


WFI Stadium LLC Security Program for Northwest Stadium

Approved: July 01, 2026 | Expires: June 30, 2031

WFI Stadium LLC provides the Security Program for Northwest Stadium (the Technology). The Technology is a comprehensive security program composed of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, security and emergency planning processes and procedures, and trained personnel at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland. The Technology is deployed during major events that use National Football League Best Practices for Stadium Security guidelines and during routine operations.


SMC Security Program for Empower Field at Mile High

Approved: June 24, 2026 | Expires: August 31, 2031

Stadium Management Company, LLC (SMC) and Denver Broncos Team, LLC provide SMC Security Program for Empower Field at Mile High. The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures, services and controls systems, and structural, physical, and technological security measures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado.


Integrated Security and Screening

Approved: June 11, 2026 | Expires: July 31, 2031

AirCo Aviation Services, LLC; Unifi Aviation, LLC; Unifi Security, LLC; ERMC Aviation LLC; and Unifi Security Pacific, Inc., provide Integrated Security and Screening. The Technology is a security and screening program that consists of procedures to conduct screening of client employees, contractors, vendors, equipment, and products entering Secure Identification Display Area and Airport Operations Areas at U.S. domestic airports. The Technology includes personnel screening, personal item screening, and catering cart screening. The Technology also includes the recruiting, hiring, vetting, training, and quality control of the personnel who provide the security screening services.
