Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Approved: June 26, 2025 \| Expires: July 31, 2030 Rocket Ball, Ltd. and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P. provides Toyota Center Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive area security program composed of physical and electronic security measures and procedures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism during game days, non-game days, special events, and functions. The Technology includes persistent security coverage and incorporates systems; security practices; the selection and maintenance of electronic security measures; and the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of its employees and contractors.

The Technology is a comprehensive security program based on the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security, which is composed of policies, procedures, physical, and electronic security equipment, and trained personnel to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism on event and non-event days at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to and mitigate acts of terrorism and security threats against Target Field and ballpark attendees, visitors, staff, and employees during event and non-event days.
Chicago Park District and ASM Global Convention Center Management, LLC Approved: May 12, 2024 \| Expires: April 29, 2029 Chicago Park District and ASM Global Convention Center Management, LLC, provide the Soldier Field Security Program, a comprehensive program comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel, for the Soldier Field Footprint, including the seating bowl and suites, gates, loading dock, inner and secondary perimeters, field, locker rooms, areas housing utility and mechanical systems, command center, and parking and parkland areas. It is designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism, and it is the implementation of the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security. The Technology is implemented and maintained by proprietary and contract personnel under the supervision of the Applicant to provide comprehensive security coverage during public, ticketed events and during non-event days.
