Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

The Deer District LLC Security Program for Fiserv Forum

Approved: February 13, 2026 | Expires: March 31, 2031

Deer District LLC and Milwaukee Bucks, LLC provide Deer District LLC Security Program for Fiserv Forum (the Technology). The Technology is a comprehensive security program designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism and security threats against attendees, visitors, staff, and employees during event days and non-event days at the Fiserv Forum, which includes the adjacent Entertainment Plaza and the Sports Science Center, and 5th Street and Highland Avenue parking structure.


Citizens Bank Park Security Program

Approved: January 09, 2026 | Expires: April 30, 2029

The Phillies provides Citizens Bank Park Security Program (the Technology). The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Citizens Bank Park. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball (MLB) games, other sporting events, general entertainment events, political events, and non-event days.


Rocket Ball, Ltd. and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P.

Approved: June 26, 2025 | Expires: July 31, 2030

Rocket Ball, Ltd. and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P. provides Toyota Center Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive area security program composed of physical and electronic security measures and procedures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism during game days, non-game days, special events, and functions. The Technology includes persistent security coverage and incorporates systems; security practices; the selection and maintenance of electronic security measures; and the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of its employees and contractors.


Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC and Philadelphia Eagles, LLC

Approved: May 16, 2025 | Expires: August 31, 2030

Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC, and Philadelphia Eagles, LLC provide the Security Program for Lincoln Financial Field. The Technology is a comprehensive security program based on the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security, which is composed of policies, procedures, physical, and electronic security equipment, and trained personnel to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism on event and non-event days at Lincoln Financial Field.


Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd. (Rockies); Denver Metropolitan Major League Baseball Stadium District; Event Services LLC

Approved: December 10, 2024 | Expires: July 30, 2030

Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd. (Rockies) Denver Metropolitan Major League Baseball Stadium District, and Event Services LLC provide Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd. Security Program for Coors Field. The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Coors Field. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball (MLB) games, other sporting events, general entertainment events, political events, and non-event days.


San Francisco Baseball Associates, LLC, et al.

Approved: October 03, 2024 | Expires: October 30, 2029

San Francisco Baseball Associates LLC, China Basin Ballpark Company LLC, San Francisco Giants Baseball Club LLC, and San Francisco Giants Enterprises LLC provides the Oracle Park Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to and mitigate acts of terrorism and security threats against Oracle Park and ballpark attendees, visitors, staff, and employees during event and non-event days.


Pacers Basketball, LLC

Approved: September 26, 2024 | Expires: September 29, 2027

Pacers Basketball, LLC, and Fieldhouse Management, LLC, provide the Pacers Sports and Entertainment Security Program. The Technology is an integrated system of protective measures designed to detect, deter, and respond to acts of terrorism at the Pacers Sports and Entertainment Campus. The Technology is deployed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during National Basketball Association (NBA) and Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) events, entertainments and businesses events, non-NBA sporting events, and non-event days.


Target Field Security Program

Approved: August 21, 2024 | Expires: September 30, 2029

Minnesota Twins, LLC and Twins Ballpark, LLC, provide Target Field Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to and mitigate acts of terrorism and security threats against Target Field and ballpark attendees, visitors, staff, and employees during event and non-event days.


Chicago Park District and ASM Global Convention Center Management, LLC

Approved: May 12, 2024 | Expires: April 29, 2029

Chicago Park District and ASM Global Convention Center Management, LLC, provide the Soldier Field Security Program, a comprehensive program comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel, for the Soldier Field Footprint, including the seating bowl and suites, gates, loading dock, inner and secondary perimeters, field, locker rooms, areas housing utility and mechanical systems, command center, and parking and parkland areas. It is designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism, and it is the implementation of the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security. The Technology is implemented and maintained by proprietary and contract personnel under the supervision of the Applicant to provide comprehensive security coverage during public, ticketed events and during non-event days.


New Meadowlands Stadium Company LLC

Approved: December 21, 2023 | Expires: December 31, 2028

New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, provides the MetLife Stadium Security Program (the “Technology”). The Technology is an integrated security program composed of physical and electronic security measures, policies and procedures, and personnel, designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism for use exclusively at Met Life Stadium, inclusive of the Stadium and parking lots, during National Football League (“NFL”) Game Days, Non-Game Days, and Special Events.
