Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program based on Major League Baseball’s Best Stadium Operating Practices, other sports industry best practices, other industry practices, and government recommendations; and is comprised of physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures, tools, policies and procedures, and trained personnel designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism against Petco Park and ballpark ticketholders, visitors, staff, and employees.

The Technology is a comprehensive integrated security system which is comprised of physical and electronic security measures, tools, and procedures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism at Comerica Park during Game Day, Non-Game Day (In-Season), Non-Season, and Special Events. The Technology includes the selection and maintenance of electronic security measures and the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of its employees and contractors.

The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Wrigley Field Campus. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball ("MLB") games, other sporting events, and non-event days.

The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball ("MLB") games, other sporting events, general entertainment events, political events, and non-event days.
New Meadowlands Stadium Company LLC Approved: September 06, 2018 \| Expires: September 30, 2023 New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation, provides the MetLife Stadium Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is an integrated security program composed of physical and electronic security measures, policies and procedures, and personnel, designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism for use exclusively at Met Life Stadium, inclusive of the Stadium and parking lots, during National Football League ("NFL") Game Days, Non-Game Days, and Special Events.
