Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Security Program for Coors Field. The Technology consists of a series of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Coors Field. The Technology is deployed 24/7 for Major League Baseball (MLB) games, other sporting events, general entertainment events, political events, and non-event days.

The Technology also includes warranty and maintenance services, installation and operation services, technical manuals, and the selection of personnel who provide the Technology.

Constellis, LLC and American K-9 Detection Services, LLC operate as a Certified Cargo Screening Facility-Canine (CCF-K-9). The Technology provides explosive detection canine teams consisting of an explosive detection canine and its single-person explosive detection canine handler for the screening and securing of cargo transported on passenger and all-cargo aircrafts. The Technology includes the hiring and vetting of personnel.

The Technology is the protective design measures implemented in the structural design and systems architecture and the methodology used by a qualified and experienced group of security personnel that develops, evaluates, implements, and maintains those measures at UBS Arena.

ASIS International, Inc. provides ASIS Standards and Guidelines. The Technology is a set of voluntary consensus standards and guidelines for the private security industry and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited process for drafting, review, publication, and maintenance of ASIS standards and guidelines.
