The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. 3D K9 Partners LLC provides 3D K9 Explosive Detection Canine Services. The Technology is Explosive Detection Canine Services deployed within the United States and its territories, using explosive detection canine teams (EDCTs) consisting of an explosive detection canine and a single explosive detection canine-handler searching for explosives in stationary positions. The Technology also includes hiring and vetting, training, policies and procedures, testing, exercises, and an oversight program for proprietary personnel.

VOTI USA Inc.

VOTI Detection Inc., and VOTI USA, Inc., provide XR3D X-ray Detection Systems. The Technology is a series of three models of cabinet dual-source X-ray detection systems, which are provided in a range of sizes, to generate three-dimensional imagery on solids, liquids, and powders with the capability of chemical threat identification. The models of the Technology are the XR3D-6D, XR3D-7D, and XR3D-100D. The Technology includes support services such as site survey, installation training, technical support and troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty support.

Regal Decision Systems, Inc.

Regal Decision Systems, Inc. provides Evacuation Planning Tool. The Technology provides evacuation modeling for sports stadiums through use of a simulation model that evaluates pedestrian flow using a graphical interface which incorporates site-specific population, building specifics, and emergency management information. The Technology uses algorithms for computing the evacuation planning results in both 3D animation and statistical reports for analysis. The Technology also includes the qualified personnel who collect customer data and use the Technology to produce evacuation modeling results for a customer.
