Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. AT&T Stadium Security Program

Cowboys Stadium, L.P., Blue Star Operations Services, LLC, and Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. provides the AT&T Stadium Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive security program composed of physical and electronic security equipment, security and emergency planning processes and procedures, and trained personnel. The Technology is designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism solely at the Stadium. The Stadium hosts the National Football League (NFL) club Dallas Cowboys’ home games and is a venue for the 2026 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup 2026™.
