The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Building Intelligence, Inc. and Fortifye, Inc. provides SV3 and Fortifye Trusted Access Platform (the Technology). The Technology is a software-based database used by building managers, occupants, and security personnel to support security identification of vendors, vehicles, and visitors, processing admission and maintaining a record of activity, identifies, and objects at a given facility.
