The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Reality-Based Live Active Shooter Preparedness Drills Approved: July 24, 2026 | Expires: July 31, 2029 Flying Aces Enterprises & Consulting, LLC provides Reality-Based Live Active Shooter Preparedness Drills. The Technology is a standalone, active shooter preparedness training program. The training is intended to enable participants to practice learned skills, situational awareness, decision-making, and response strategies while immersed in high-stress scenarios. The Technology also includes on-site risk assessments, scenario development, and training materials.
