The Under Secretary for Science and Technology, Department of Homeland Security, announces the approval of a Block Designation for technologies relating to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program at a Tier III level. Entities participating in the CBP CTPAT program at a Tier III level may apply for SAFETY Act protections using a Block Designation form. Please see the “Block Designation” list on www.safetyact.gov for additional information, as well as the specific instructions for this Block Designation.
